Nick is a sound designer and composer for theatre who has worked in the industry for over a decade. He has worked on a range of productions in many different venues, from fringe theatres, tents and immersive outdoor shows to mid-scale touring theatre and London venues such as The Southbank Centre and The Barbican. He has also worked internationally in Jakarta, Indonesia. He has taken part in the Association of Sound Designers’ mentorship scheme and shadowed on the Almeida to West End transfer of A Streetcar Named Desire. He is a co-founder of the multi-award winning arts charity Zoo Co.
Nick works a lot on projects with an emphasis on access, particularly with d/Deaf artists and audiences, and is interested in how access can be worked into the design of a show from the beginning of the process.
He is passionate about creating true experiences for audiences and exploring art and theatre as a means for empowerment and connection.
