Sarjan completed his degree in Musical Theatre in 2021 at Millennium Performing Arts playing the lead, Lawrence Jameson, in their end of year showcase musical Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. Emerging from a post Covid world, Sarjan gained further experience by joining a top-up course at the Midlands Academy Of Musical Theatre by performing as principal roles in a Christmas pantomime (Aladdin), Shakespeare play (Measure for Measure) and musical (Rent) all within one year at the Blue Orange Theatre in Birmingham.
