Laura trained with the National Youth Theatre and studied English at Oxford University, where she was a member of The Oxford Comedy Revue.
Her television work includes Housewife 49 with Victoria Wood, Charlie Brooker’s Black Mirror and In the Club by Kay Mellor. Her theatre work includes a Peter Hall tour of A Doll’s House and The Portrait of a Lady, as well as West Yorkshire Playhouse touring productions of Don Quixote and The Hounding of David Oluwale, which was produced by Eclipse Theatre.
In addition to acting, she writes comedy and graduated from the NFTS with a Diploma in Writing and Producing Comedy. She co-wrote a comedy mockumentary called Stage Door Johnnies, produced by HatTrick and broadcast on Sky, which she also appeared in.
