Eleni is a London based actor, writer and singer/songwriter from Cyprus.
Eleni is a London based actor, writer and singer/songwriter from Cyprus. She has written and performed songs for independent films, and published short stories and poems in the UK, Spain, France and Cyprus. Her work as a singer/songwriter is known under her stage name Echo Wants Her Voice Back, and she is often described as folk noir with blues rock influences. Eleni holds an MA in English Literature from Warwick University and an MA in Music Performance from Kingston University. She went on to further training at the City Lit and the Impulse Company in London, and undertook PEM (Perdekamp Emotional Method) intensive training workshops in London and Hamburg.
She won a year’s intensive private tuition scholarship with the Open Acting Academy for PEM. Along with film and theatre credits so far, Eleni has further acted in numerous commercials and music videos. She has also sang as a session singer for commercials and has done corporate and theatre VoiceOver work.
